Located Grand Rapids, MI (900,000 square foot facility); office in Shanghai
Passionate about meeting the biggest challenges and going to extremes to help customers succeed

Project management for 1-3 accounts; involves customer contact
Reports to VP, Sales; dotted line to Account Manager(s)
Work closely with engineering/development, purchasing/sourcing, manufacturing, customer service, shipping,
        external supply base partners
Location Grand Rapids, MI; occasional travel to customer locations

Education and experience required:
Four-year degree in engineering/design/architecture or business
If not degreed engineer, demonstrated engineering aptitude
1-4 years relevant customer service, sales, or engineering experience in a manufacturing business

Ability and characteristics of successful candidate:
Able to organize and manage details and multiple time-sensitive projects at once
Entrepreneurial, motivated, resourceful, comfortable working in the white spaces
Good communicator, comfortable dealing with multiple disciplines and exacting customers
Able to read prints, basic CAD ability a plus, facility in excel required
Driven to get things done, never give up
Comfortable in team environment, inclined to think and act “we”
Uncompromising fairness and integrity
Desire for sales/account management career path a plus

Performance profile—first year:
Learn customer and Amstore products, processes, people well enough to contribute on account team(s) (3-6 months)
Develop credibility with customers and internal team members in order to assume increasing responsibility on the account(s)
(6-12 months)
