Engineer
Position:
• Reports to Engineering Manager
• Participate in product design, develop engineering models and related documentation
• Work with engineers, project managers, purchasing, and manufacturing team
• Location Grand Rapids, MI; minimal travel to customers, suppliers, and job sites
Education and experience:
• AutoCAD and Solidworks
• Demonstrated ability to develop 3-D engineering models and documentation for custom products involving
multiple components manufactured from a variety of materials (wood, metal, plastic, etc.)
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in engineering discipline
Ability and characteristics of successful candidate:

Customer Service Representative
Position:
• Customer Service Representative reporting to Customer Service Manager
• Provide Customer Service and administrative support to our customers
• Accurate Order entry and timely follow up
• Monitor Material availability and prepare Production Work Orders as needed
• Internal and external report generation
• Effectively interface with buyers, warehouses, carriers, contractors as well as internal departments
regarding product availability, shipping, special requirements, returns, pricing, part orders, and warranty issues
• Typical Work hours 8-5pm Monday - Friday
Education and experience required:
• Must be computer literate
• Must be skilled with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Customer Service or Sales experience in a Manufacturing environment
Ability and characteristics of successful candidate:
• Able to organize and manage details and multiple time-sensitive projects at once
• Good communicator, comfortable dealing with multiple disciplines and demanding customers
