Since our founding in 1914, Amstore has been providing high-quality, custom store fixtures to leading national department and specialty stores. We have built our business and our success on our core values of honesty and integrity, valuing people, never giving up, and being deeply committed to our customers' success.
Our strategy is to be the premier supplier to select group of leading retailers by building our organization and service capabilities around their needs. We are able to integrate and provide effective project management incorporating everything from design/development support and value analysis to shipping to field service — as much or as little as the customer needs. Our customers have rewarded us with their trust and loyalty; our average customer tenure is more than 20 years.
We support this with a blended domestic-offshore sourcing and production model. We have expansive production and warehousing/ shipping capacity in Grand Rapids, Michigan and an office in Shanghai to manage and develop our offshore supply base. We employ the Amstore Production System (lean manufacturing) to maximize quality, reliability, flexibility, and capacity.
